  7. Below you will find some ideas that may help you if you are having problems.

  10. System Requirements:

  13. Gubble requires a Power Macintosh and needs the following:
  14.  
  15. Quicktime 2.5        (Included with System 7.6.1 or later)
  16. Sound Manager 3.2        (Included with System 7.5.3 or later)
  17. Display Manager 2.0        (Included with System 7.5.3 or later)

  25. What may affect Gubble:

  28. Play Speed
  29.  
  30. On some machines, turning off VM (Virtural Memory) will speed up Gubble.
  31.  
  32. Having File Sharing on can also adversely affect performance.
  33.  
  34. If you are still having problems, try quitting all other applications, before starting Gubble.
  35.  
  36. Sound

  38. Some machines (Peforma 6400, for example) have an SRS (Sound Retrieval System) sound option.  This option may degrade the sound of certain Gubble music tracks.  If you experience this problem, open the Monitors and Sound control panel, click the Sound icon, and uncheck the SRS checkbox.
